Fog light casing cracked which was part of the repair Inside plastic above light cracked which was discussed when the car was dropped off. Car was in shop for 4 business days and over week end. Team working on addressing however this will require another visit and loss of use of the car. Perhaps a more thorough quaility control process would help in finding these types of missed details.

Everyone was super nice and accommodating. They saw me for my initial estimate even though I did not have an appointment as I wanted to make sure my car was safe to drive and they scheduled me in for the estimate and then quickly for the repair. It was all very easy and accommodating

Shannon was amazing! Very helpful and communicative the while way with working with the insurance company ans helping with the rental arrangement during the repairs. The bumper repair was terrific as well!

I only interacted with Shannon who was amazing! Very professional, courteous and seemed to truly care about what she does and was very knowledgeable. I feel she is the type of person who goes above and beyond with everything she does. Thank you Shannon! Oh, my car looked great too! I was also pleasantly surprised about the detailing that was done. I am sure that is standard practice but I was very happy about it. Just in time for winter storm Avery to drop 6 inches of ice and snow on it!
