There was a complete lack of communication about potential responsibility for repair costs that I might incur in the ~3 months from when my appointment was scheduled until my appointment date. I was made aware of this only at the time of drop-off for repair, at which point there was nothing I could do but accept responsibility or wait ~3 months for an appointment at another repair facility. There was also uncertainty around the final amount I would be responsible for up until the day of pickup. Overall quality of repair was great, as was coordination with the rental car company. I also appreciated the pre-pickup detail.
