Great customer service. Staff made you feel comfortable. I didn't know it would take a long time to get my car repaired, but the staff made it worth it. Whoever is training, they're doing a great job. It definitely is apparent what the tone of caring and friendliness was set. I really liked that they kept me in the loop through phone calls and convenient texts.

I was told on my completion date that my car was just going into paint department when I was text 3 days prior that my car had entered the paint department and my vehicle is still on target for scheduled completion. Already returned my rental on expected completion date 2 hours prior to getting told my car is just entering paint. I think more communication between customers and business needs to be established.

Hands down worst customer service I've ever dealt with. When you guys say you're gonna call somebody back make it a point to actually call them back. Don't have them waiting on the phone throughout the day and you guys not call. That didn't just happen to me once but at least 4 times. Also don't use the text messaging updates if you know they are inaccurate. I was getting messages for 3 weeks updating me about the process which I liked at first, then when I called on the day that I was originally suppose to pick up my car I was told it hadn't even reached the paint shop yet this whole time I was getting updates about all the parts being all in and things were going smooth but it was a lie. So after I found out that the text messages weren't correct I would call to check for updates and still nobody seemed to have answers or could tell me what was going on. You guys didn't seem very organized with the whole process. Hell! the morning i was told to bring my car in the people at the front desk looked confused because somewhere along the line someone forgot to call me and tell me that my appointment was rescheduled for the following day! I suggest you guys establish a better line of communication between workers. Overall I wasn't satisfied with my experience at caliber and I won't be suggesting it to anyone.

Never even heard of you before. My Geico agent referred me to you! Just got my car yesterday, , and so far things look and fill good. I loved the text updates, and the staff was really nice!! And enterprise car rentals work with them, -and my rental was waiting for me.!! And the agent Nicolas was great. And when I picked up my car the agents went over everything, and answered all my questions. . The ladies st the desk where awesome, and the men that evaluated my damage!! Great

Find a new phone system. I was taking a risk coming from out of town just to see if my car was ready or not. Apparently, the phone lines were down. People were friendly. Just wish for my tire they gave me the same brand of tires as the rest of my brand new car has. Should have called and asked if it was ok to put a different brand of tire on. I'm not really happy about that. I just got a new car and it came with a certain brand of tires. Would have preferred to keep it the same brand of tires.

It took 3 weeks for completion of a very simple job to replace the whole rear hatch. Communication other than the text messages was non-existent. The shop had phone line issues when we tried to communicate since the beginning of the job, they claimed to have these problems for a few weeks (3 weeks for phone lines to not be working, really?). When the timeline kept getting pushed back through text message without any explanation, we had to stop by the shop twice in order to get any info out of them. Mind you, doing this being third trimester pregnant isn't exactly the easiest task. The tail light that got replaced was used from another vehicle, it did not line up at all. If I hadn't had caught that and accepted the vehicle as-is, this is what the shop has to offer for quality and craftsmanship? The tail light is being replaced as soon as it's available, but I still have to go back for a problem that should've been taken care of originally. If I hadn't had stopped in at 3 PM on Friday afternoon, I don't think I would've been notified that my vehicle was available that same day. For the job taking as long as it did, I feel that geico should have at least given us a discounted deductible, if not fully refunded, for the shop not only taking as long as they did, but also not doing a quality job in a timely manner. The only reason we decided to go to this shop is because geico guarantees their work for life. But for as long as it took, and the lack of quality control, I think we could have gone elsewhere with a better result.

We had to have them fix the corner panel a little better it was sticking out. They left a screw on my leather seats thankfully I found it before someone sat on it. I was disappointed they didn't leave the gas the same as I had left it I was told they don't have to because they drive to test the car. Most repair shops replenish what they use. Also a plastic piece was missing on the passenger door and they just said someone must have vacuumed it up. The excuses through out this repair process was horrible. I am grateful the car looks good as far as I can tell just sad and disappointed it took a month and many excuses later.

I am insured through Geico. Having never filed a claim with them before I was concerned about the place that they recommended. In hindsight, I could not have possibly been more pleased with Caliber Collision. Every single person on staff was extremely polite and helpful. The repairs were done ahead of schedule. The service manager went above and beyond by buffing out several scratches on an area that was not part of the claim. As a car owner and customer I could not be happier or more pleased with the service I received. Trust me I will be recommending caliber collision to everyone!
