The repairs itself are fine. However, the customer service leaves something to be desired. Every time I get my car fixed with you guys, it's always four days or more after the expected completion date, which would be fine if the service manager communicated with me. Instead they never call and often don't call me back when I leave messages. I feel like I'm constantly trying to chase them down.

You need to better communicate progress. He told me ir would take approximately 3 days and it took 10. I called few times left msg and he never called. Monday i got a hold of him he said car will be ready tomorrow I will call you. He never called. I called left a vm. Today I called early in the morning. He said car was ready is being washed I call you. He never did. I called around 3 and finally cat is ready. When we tested the lights the stop and rear light weren't working so I had to wait a bit longer for them to be switched.. never taking my car here again

Vehicle was given the ok for repairs Sept 20, was not complete until Nov 7th. No major damage, and no real explanation given regarding the delays. The car went for weeks with no progress until I contacted the insurance company. Quality of work was very good, unfortunately I can't say the same about customer service.

Every staff member I spoke with was great. My car was not prepared at the date that was originally specified and I did not receive any communication once that date was surpassed. When I reached out I was able to get more info, but it took several calls and a visit to the shop to determine exactly when it would be ready. My first pickup attempt was a flop as there was damage to the paint that had not yet been addressed. Justin was great with covering, but even the second pickup date was surpassed. Thankfully I got my car back in time for a previously schedule road trip, but it was tight. Once again, the staff was all great. The unsatisfactory factors were the lack of timeliness and inconsistent communication.

Jose was great and very responsive. The repairs too longer than expected however the overall quality was good. Unfortunately, when I picked up my car an electronic button on the interior door was broken (the same door that was replaced). I am still waiting for resolution. Thank you!

Completely unprofessional. I would never come back or recommend this place. It took 2 weeks to get my car and it was virtually impossible to get my estimator on the phone. The receptionist have no sense of customer service and the whole ordeal was an even bigger headache than when I got in an accident. Only the owner was able to get things done for me which I appreciate. I’ve never would of thought it would be so difficult to get my car repaired and I regret get my car serviced here

It took too long for the repair to take place. I was told it would be finished the next day or over a weekend and it was never done as promised . Even when Ininformed you that I was going out of town on a certain day you wait until 30 minutes before you close to tell me the car is ready and that I have ****/2 hour to get to your shop or I would have to keep the rental car an additional 10 days because I would be traveling. I had to jump up and leave my office to get to your shop before it closed at 5:30 . When I arrived the car was not finished as the worker had forgotten to reapply a rubber protective strip to the rear of the trunk. As you forced me to run and deliver the rental car back I had no time to fill it with gasoline and I don't expect to have to pay for the unfilled tank. The car appeared to look repaired but the delays and last minute crisis situation to pick up the car was unnecessary and created a lot of added stress for me. Sincerely Anthony K

I was somewhat disappointed that the repairs took longer than expected. Apparently there was a problem with one of your painting stalls. The work on my car was great. Couldn't see where someone had side swiped the car. You do great work!!!
