10.29.15 - This is the fourth week in a row I was told my vehicle would be done on Friday that it is not done. This simply illustrates to me a poorly managed body shop that is unable to maintain the expectations of their clients and the demand of vehicles coming in. Good for them for being busy but bad for them for not knowing how to operate efficiently. They were nice enough to give me a loaner car once my insurance (30 days of coverage) ran out on a rental car; however, it's 10 plus years old, 123k miles on it and wouldn't pay 1500 for this loaner yet they have a 30k car of mine that I'm paying 10k worth of repairs on and they can't simply manage their own expectations. To add insult to injury I was blamed for taking 6 days to approve the estimate as one of the reasons they aren't done yet. If you have all the time in the world to wait for your vehicle to be ready Harrys may be an ok place to take it but if not I'd stead clear.
UPDATE - 11.14.15 still no car and same excuses given why the car isn't done, it's been a full 60 days of unprofessionalism, poor communication and clear poor management.. STAY CLEAR.
