The final product of work that was done on my Audi Q7 turned out well, so for that I am satisfied. The part that did not satisfy me was being told that my car was fixed only to go and get it to find additional damage to the tire rim and needing that to be replaced and back in the shop for more time. Overall, it was 3 weeks that I was without my vehicle and it was very inconvenient.
Again, once all that was figured out the work was well done and I am satisfied with how beautiful my car looks again.

Bracken Collision 281 was very helpful and great customer service. The repairs were great quality and within reasonable prices. They made every effort to accommodate any changes in repair my vehicle and worked with my insurance company to ensure all repairs were accomplished. I would use them again as well as recommend to others for their collision needs.

The bodywork is well done - it looks good. Nice job.
The Bracken / GEICO interface was well done also - very helpful. Kudos to Kaitlyn and John.
However, someone had dumped the contents of the glove box out on to the passenger seat and then left it all there. Also my wife thinks that the console contents were rifled through as well. Not a big thing but it left a less than good impression.
There may have been a reason to search the glove box but truthfully I cannot think of one. The glove box is not close to the rear bumper nor was it mentioned on the work order (/sarc).
Overall the stuff that counts was well done.
