I was very impressed with your facility. It was nice to see a non-dealer collision center that was as well put together as yours. The only issue I had was that the rear passenger side bumper trim was misaligned upon delivery. I pointed it out and it was rectified on the spot. If in the unfortunate event that I get rear ended again, I'll be sure to utilize your services.

You made a process that is hard to go through so very easy and explained everything along the way about the process in a manner which was so easy to understand. Everyone that I came un contact with from the insurance representative to the walk around of my car, James which followed up with me every week to give me the latest updated to the rental car I was given, was done with upmost customer service one could ask for.
