We were told our car was waiting on being detailed when actually they were just waiting on the insurance to pay. And, if you told me our detailing my car then you should detail my car. It came back fithly. The craftsmanship on he repair was done well but the rest of it was a sour experience.

My car was left clean when dropped off and was filthy upon picking up. They said they would have cleaned it if I would have called to let them know I was picking it up. I asked for the front license plate to be put on I had all the hardware yet that wasn’t done for some reason also. I then had to pay a supplement or I couldn’t pickup my car I asked if the insurance was paying and they said yes to Mike **** and I could pick my check up there. I own a small business and that is not acceptable. I’m sure most of these issues are by Progressive but at least the license plate and a clean vehicle would have been nice.

The people were nice but I felt the time they had my car was way to long and they did not keep me up to date as to what was going on i had to call them the car was there almost a month

They did a fantastic job. Looks brand new. Never know there was any damage. That was the last thing my husband got me before he passed away. It is very special to me so when I wrecked it I was so upset, but thanks to your people it looks just as good as the day he bought it for me. Thank you so much.

BMW representative was very helpful in making sure that my car was repaired to my satisfaction. She called and let me know when my car would be delayed a day or so sue waiting for parts. The body shop did a real good job on the repair. I’m well satisfied and will be back if I never need more work done.

You guys did a really good job on my vehicle. I could not tell it was even in an accident. It looked like we were driving our new vehicle off of the dealership. You guys did a great job cleaning the vehicle inside and out. The person I worked with (Kiera) she did a really great job keeping us updated on the status of the vehicle and an estimated date of pickup. The only problem I had was they told me **** ****/2 weeks for repair. It took almost 2 ****/2 weeks. I ran into a problem with my rental contract.

Really good service, I had to go back because one of my lights was off and not working at the pick up time, but apparently they fixed the problem right away. Thanks guys!
