Just picked up my car and I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the work, let alone the process of getting it back to where it was before I was backed into.
First I drove it in and they gave me an estimate. No appointment or anything. I was in and out quick, yet at the same time, Doug explained everything to me that needed to be done.
Second, they update You the entire time it's getting worked on via text. I knew the whole time what was happening and when I could expect it back.
Third, when I did go pick it up, I was floored. Seriously it looked better than when I drove it off the lot and it had eight miles on it! They detailed it inside and out. Looked brand new!
