The car, a Camaro, sat for almost three weeks before I called and inquired on its progress and made aware that there was, in fact, NO progress. It was blamed on the fact that they were waiting on a third-party adjuster to come do his job. Okay, fine, but I should have been made aware of the problem because as soon as I knew it was an issue, I called my insurance company, and they handled it right away. My car should NOT have sat that long before I was made aware of an issue. This contributed to significant unnecessary delays, which resulted in huge frustration for my family that could have been avoided with simple communication.
It's also cute that this morning, I finally got an email just this morning saying, "Apple Collision Center Of Red Lion will be sending you repair status updates." The car has been home for two weeks now. A little late for that.

So I was satisfied with the new windshield and wipers and the workers are very nice. The only problem I had was the dashboard was cracked in more places than when we dropped it off and I'm not sure if it was due to the vandalism as I did not see or notice it before the repairs. We did have 2 cracks on the passenger side but after replacing windshield we had cracks on the driver's side that looked to be glued. Other than that we are happy.
