Was originally pleased to learn my vehicle was ready before the estimated completion date. But upon picking up my car, I realized that the repair was unsatisfactory. The rear quarter panel body work was not done well, so the bumper did not align properly. I had to return my vehicle for the work to be redone. Sterling McCall still has my vehicle. Unsure when it will be ready for pickup again. Original estimated completion date was 4/12.

The repair work is exceptional! Please pass that on to the guys in the shop. I want sure if the paint would match since my car is a 2007, but it’s perfect. Kudos to Matt, my Sterling McAll representative. When I was attempting to back out of the parking space on site at Sterling the gear shift was not working in a safe manor. Matt immediately had his repair guys look at it. Apparently, the timing was such that the rubber protector had become brittle due to age and broke down into pieces. Fortunately he worked with his team to find the part to replace it, removed the old brittle pieces and I felt safe to drive away. Thank you so much Matt!
