Absolutely horrible-despite having purchased all my cars at Ira Subaru and having them serviced there I chose Ira Coll. Center to repair damages . They have had my car since MARCH and I need my car for business and have a handicap which makes driving the Enterprise rental a hardship. Travelers has paid the total for repairs and all that my rental insurance allows and I am approaching a $2000 bill for rental which I will not be able to afford. I have called and gone down there several times and was once again promised my car would be ready today -I have had nothing but run arounds and the blame game from the center.I am a professional dog trainer and my outback is set up for transporting dogs. I have next to no income from these inexcusable delays. Everyone is "passing the buck" there though I was assured yesterday (May 18) that it would be ready around noon today. My next step will be to reach the president of the company ans see if he can get things going. And I feel it would not be too much to ask Ira to assume at least a reasonable responsibility for the hundreds of dollars I am being charged by Enterprise for each day Ira stalls m and makes empty promises.
