I loved the love everyone showed me. Andy made me feel good about trusting master collision to make the necessary repairs. I was overly satisfied, they kept me abreast of all progress. They told me they would wait till I got off work to pick up my jaguar. But I declined and said I will get it in the morning. They really care about there customers. I would absolutely reccomend Master collision to every one. The receptionist was awesome.

Our share of the claim was much much more than expected and Allstate was not willing to reimburse or alter liability. Additionally we got called back after paying for the claim due to a miscommunication about said liability.
Otherwise the car looks great and the service was phenomenal.

If I really had to pick something, the wait time when dropping off my car was longer than I thought it would be. But that is extreme nitpicking.

Master collision did a great job repairing my car, it took a little time but good things happen when you wait for it. My car looks like nothing ever happened to it. The staff is very friendly and they keep you posted about your car, I highly recommend them for repairs.
