Looks brand new, love it! When I got my car back, though, the check engine light was on when it was not on when I originally brought the car into the shop. No complaints otherwise, they did a wonderful job.

I have always used Springfield Auto Body and as every time before the process and experience was outstanding. With my recent repair the staff kept me informed on the progress of the repair. I wish your shop didn't have to jump through hoops to satisfy Geico Insurance Co. I greatly appreciate your shop insisting on the OEM Step Bumper Cover after the license plate lights were falling out of the aftermarket one. The aftermarket step cover would have likely shown wear much sooner than the OEM. Thanks again for standing up for me on some of the parts to be OEM when you could. Completely satisfied with your service !!! Mark R

I have gotten several repairs done on different cars at Springfield Auto Body over the years. They have always come out looking 100% better than perfect, the service and professionalism has been top-notch. Bonus points to Alexa. Her customer service is outstanding!
