When i picked up the car on the scheduled completion date, i noticed that the inner fender well on the side that was repaired was loose. The staff inspected it, noticed that the part was damaged and ordered a replacement part and it was fixed properly the following work day. Had i not inspected the car, this item would have been left not fixed. I do appreciate the staffs willingness to quickly fix the problem, but wonder what would have happened if this occurred to a person who had complete trust in your service and did not inspect the repared areas. Thanks

Only thing not taken care of was my request to have the dials/screens set so that DTE showed on the left, MPH showed in the middle and Ave gas miles on the right. Came back same as it was. Janet

The repair work was professional and to my satisfaction. However,the practice of updating the customer of the repair work status worked UNTIL a delay was encountered and I was not advised. The last e-mail I received in the morning of the 20th stated that my vehicle would be ready for pickup at 5:00. I called at 4:05 to see if it was available for early pick-up. That is the FIRST TIME I learned that the work would not be completed until the next day. There was no indication that I would have been advised of the delay anytime soon, so a trip to the body shop to pick-up the car would have been wasted.

Just for once I would like to drop my car off for repairs and have everyone know what's going on. I've had problems every time my car has been at this shop. This last visit I got there no rental car was ready like previously planned. Had to wait on enterprise to pick me up and take me to get a car and then have to pay a deposit when my repair for my car was all covered under insurance. What a total incovienance. The staff could be more customer friendly and take pride like they enjoy their jobs.

There were a couple small marks on my back door still. Had to leave for an important meeting so I couldn't bring up then. Overall great communication, updates and the front end looks amazing. Just the two small marks on the back door. 99% satisfied with everything!
