It is very important to me in all my business transactions that the people with whom I must communicate are friendly, knowledgeable, and forthcoming with adequate answers to ALL of my questions. The people at Duncan Collision Center are excellent at all of this, from the reception desk personnel to the manager in charge to the guys in the shop. Everyone did a great job. Makes me want to go to Duncan for my next vehicle. Are those folks in auto sales as good? Hope so. P.S. Your logo at the top of the web page with this survey question has the word "Collision" spelled as "Collison". Thought you might want to know.

The repairs took awhile and my completion date was pushed back once when additional damage was found and then three more times for paint related delays. The job got done and I understand that the Christmas season likely slowed the job time. The repeated date push backs on the paint was the only negative about the whole deal.

It took 5 weeks to repair my car it sat most of the time waiting for parts I was told I was never told when it was done a the wanted me to pay for a new battery that went bad in their possession will never use again an understand why progressive ins did not recommended you

Except for the fact, that when I went out to start my car.... my brand new battery was about dead & I needed a jump to get me on my way. **Y'all should make sure the car starts & runs a bit, before the client shows up to collect their car. Would save some anxiety on the client's part. ** Everything on my car looks wonderful (like it just came off the showroom floor)! I don't care for the smell of the lasting chemicals (though I think that's probably expected).... it gave me a headache. It was a cold day... I had to drive with the windows open & heat blasting. ???? All in all, I'm very satisfied with the work performed (and finally getting my "recalled" airbag taken care of). Both Ronnie & Kimberly were very nice to work with. I would definitely make Duncan Collision my next stop, if & when needed. Will also pass your name along to my friends - once they see how nice my car looks... they'll want to know WHERE I got it done. Thanks so much, for a job WELL DONE!???? Merry Christmas to y'all.
