The service and people here were great. When we picked up our vehicle, we noticed a problem with the driver’s side seatbelt, but I took it back in the next morning and they promptly fixed it. I appreciate them so much!

Discovered a big dent in the front quarter panel of my vehicle. Sent pictures to Ashley and spoke to her on the phone. Never heard another word from her. No, not satisfied and will never use you again. And will not refer anyone I know to your business. Genie Baumann

The car just doesn't seem to handle quite right. I don't know if the wheels didn't get balanced or what. Aside from that it was very difficult to ever reach anyone or get assistance even in the location. I was told I would receive regular updates of which never happened. I received a message after I dropped off the car. I didn't hear anything more until late Friday. By then I was at a work obligation. When I got the message and tried to call, nobody answered. Therefore I had to wait until Monday. Had I received regular updates as I was told I would, then I could have made alternative arrangements to get my car picked up. Nobody was very helpful or concerned that I needed to get to work. People couldn't answer questions. Those who supposedly could answer questions didn't even get to work at a convenient time for customers. I will never use this service again or recommend it to anyone. They are not at all concerned with customer satisfaction. No one seems to know what they're doing either. Then they try to blame the call center. Ashley told me I had to have a quote prior to drop off. However, upon arrival, I'm told I'm scheduled for drop off. I wasn't prepared. I hadn't notified the rental company or taken personal items from my car. This was a Wednesday. Because I didn't leave it that day, they made me wait until the following week. Extremely disorganized place not at all concerned with serving customers. Even the manager was rude when I tried to ask his help.

I was very disappointed with the service I received. When I dropped my car off I told the estimator that there was something wrong with my ac and so to please check that out. Then I get a phone call a week and half later and they tell me my car is fixed. I ask if the ac was fixed and they said no that they just fixed the bumper area. So then they had to look at it again and get approval from the insurance to fix anything else so it would take another week to be done. The estimator told me that it would take a little bit longer because they had to pull the bumper back off. I feel had they listened to what I said in the first place it would have been taken care of sooner. Since it wasn't though I had to pay extra cost for the rental.

The air conditioner problem that was fully explained more than once was not addressed during the repair. The body work that was done looks awesome. The SUV is back in your care addressing the air conditioner sensor issue. Staff very friendly and polite.
