Casey is great, he did his best to make the best of the situation but the rest of my experience was absolutely horrible. I think you have some serious internal process issues, quality control issues and management issues. I can write a short story in my bad experience. I keep finding things every day. Besides what already transpired, I have already found 3 issues since I picked up my car on Friday. I hope I don’t have to bring it back, but I have to be honest and say my mind is not at ease and I pray that the safety of my family is not compromised.

From the first impression that I received over the phone with Yanci it was very very very pleasant. I come from a long line of customer service and I know what to expect and not to expect but one thing I can say if at I am 100% satisfied with the way I was greeted treated, and keeping me in the loop of every step of the way with the process of repairing my vehicle. I have to admit I am a very hard to please consumer as I mentioned I come from a long line of customer service but it's nothing that I can say went wrong at this facility not only will I get five stars I would give fifty...way to go Sterling Mcall Cadillac

Yancy was TOTALLY awesome!!! I had an unusual experience because this fell during a time period we were celebrating my mom's 85 birthday and also my son's 34 birthday. We had plans to be out of town and she was able to work with me to get my truck fixed and also enjoy our vacation plans!!!

Mr. Casey White was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. He helped explain the process to me, let me know what was going to happen, gave me updates, and answered all of my questions. The repair done on my car was also perfect. I found one problem with the brake light upon picking my car up and he fixed it in 10 mins. Amazing experience, thank you to all the staff there!
