My car was fixed and then someone working there backed it into a tow hitch, destroying the bumper. Now I'm waiting for the parts to be delivered and am going on 10 days with a rental car. Sterling McCall is paying for the rental while I wait for my bumper to be replaced, and I expect every dime of the rental cost to be picked up by them, including gas and collision coverage. I also expect further compensation for this extended wait and colossal mistake. Perhaps picking up the $124 I had to spend on the first rental for collision coverage. A car shouldn't sustain more damage at a body shop than what was brought in initially. A new bumper is major structural damage.
I appreciate the way Yancy worked to get my truck back to its original state.

Bad service. Lack of communication. Also i called my shops i typically work with and they all accept proof of payment to release car and your shop only one that doesnt. Was thinking of buying a new mustang but will not buy from sterling mccall

My vehicle was filthy on the inside when I picked it up. I keep my car spotlessly clean and it was very apparent that the person who worked on my car made zero effort to maintain that. There was overspray left all over my windshield and inside the vehicle. Dirt smeared all over floor mats and insides of doors. Footprints all over my trunk liner. Why was anyone walking on my trunk liner? 0/10
