I had to return the next day after not having my vehicle for 2 months to get the brand new tires rotated properly and then found out the part that was used was leaking and the part was easily obtainable. My question is of the part was so easy to get why did we use a used part when it was there almost 8 weeks and if said part was so easy to get why is it January 1st 2022 and my jeep is still not foxed

I washed my car a few days ago and noticed a small ****/4 of a circle scratch just above where my repair was made - almost as if somebody slipped with the sander or grinder and accidentally put a decent scratch in the paint. Then they tried to cover it up with touch up paint. I'm not real worried about it, but it's a little disheartening. The rest of the repaired area seemed to look very good.
