The car looks like new! which it pretty much was before my accident--a little over a month old. Good cooperation was given with our insurance coverage mix-up. People are friendly and that is appreciated at a sad time.
Thank you ahead of time for including the Glass Coat in three months. Thanks for noticing the mark on the wheel cover and the future replacement of that when the ordered one

JAMES **** WAS FANTASTIC ALONG WITH THE OTHER CREW. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. HOPEFULLY I NEVER END UP IN A CRASH AGAIN BUT IF I DO NEED BODY WORK ONA VEHICLE I WILL BE BACK. I HAVENT DRIVEN THE VEHICLE A WHOLE LOT BUT EVERYTHING SEEMS GOOD SO FAR. THANKS AGAIN. LEN.

The passenger side looks very good but they said they would also touch up the front drivers side where I scratched the plastic bumper. It doesn't look like they did anything. I had tried to touch it up myself and it still looks exactly the same. I mentioned it to the gentleman and he said it looks lousy b/c it was done with a brush and not sprayed. I know it looks lousy b/c I did it! The man who worked up my order said he would do it for free after I mentioned that I'd like a little paint if they had any left!

Freysinger did a great job. The repairs done look fantastic! They went above and beyond by washing the exterior and cleaning the interior. I was very impressed! Would recommend to anyone looking for collision repairs to go there.
