John manager at the Brunswick Ohio location was great! He made the process of getting my jeep repaired after getting hit very easy! Even when there was an issue with my rental car that was suppose to be waiting for me wasnt..he made a couple calls and got one for me in just a few minutes!! Very impressed with his customer service! Will defend recommend him.and Carstar!!

They were not very personable at all, I would not have known my car was done if I didn’t call them, I called the day after it was done and they wouldn’t release my car therefore I had to pay for another week of a car rental whereas if my insurance would have known they wanted the check to them directly they would have cancelled the check to me and cut a new check to car star and then I could have picked my car up!
I am on disability and a fixed income and this has really upset me and set me back financially! I have a child to provide for.
I will never use your service again
