Crashco Collision Centers - Merrillville

The guy who did my estimate was so friendly and nice! He gave me a ballpark of what was wrong with my car and how much it was going to cost before I left the first day. Once I actually dropped my car off, he found more damage than originally found. He called and asked if I was okay after my accident and that he was happy there were no serious injuries and then proceeded to tell me what other repairs were going to be needed to my car. The two girls at the front were awesome as well. They were super friendly and I know one said that she was new, but she did a great job. They left me a few messages regarding my car and when I picked it up, went over the bodywork that was done and gave me some tips on how to keep the car still looking nice. All in all, I know you guys have to be nice because of the field you’re in, but I felt like it went past customer service at this facility. You guys all seem like you genuinely care about the customer and that’s amazing! If I ever need bodywork on my car again (hopefully without the need of another accident) I will definitely be coming to Crash Co. Collision. Thank you guys!!

I really appreciate how quickly I was able to get my car in for repairs. I am very pleased with the quality of work. No one will know that the car had ever been damaged. I really liked getting the updates thru text messages. The insurance estimator and the receptionist at the front desk were kind and helpful. Thank you for the gift when I finally left with my car. I hope I never need to have repair work done again. If I do, I'll be back.

Right rear quarter panel is not aligned properly. When can I bring it in? This is a inconvenience to me and my employer.

Bolt was not put in caliper. Caliper almost fell off
