There is an area on my driver's side window that has this substance on it that is semitransparent, almost like a coating. I tried removing it with windex and it won't come off.

From the moment I walked into the services center there was nothing less than the best customer service including the employees in the service center to enterprise rental car to Mackenzie the Geixo REP. I'm disappointed that I will need to come back in to have a spot on my new bumper fixed. I also found some more spots on the bumper that I'm not entirely pleased with. Additionally, there is a ding in the frame of the rear door, that when I asked was not looked into promptly. And there is also seal coat peeling on my back bumper that I don't recall peeling before. Additionally, my airbag light keeps going on and off.

It took too long to repair the car due to nothing seemed to be done at the same time. When I picked up my car there was a piece of molding missing that was not identified in inspection.
