They were consistently friendly,attentive and courteous.
And though it took a bit longer than i had hoped
I knew that Zach at Geico was advocating for me.
I wish I always had an "agent"at every repair shop!
I also knew that the goal was for the work to be excellent .the person who did the work at faulkner was also quite helpful and communicative. The car looks and feels back to normal!thanx.

The entire experience from dropping off the car to being updated on what work was being done and upon giving the vehicle back how clean it was, and having the mechanic just go over it with me was more than I've ever had done at any other auto body shop.
