Not a bad experience. I just wish the staff would be realistic with you on when your vehicle was going to be done. If it can take up to 3 days just say that rather then each day saying, 'it will be done by tomorrow'.

My car looks fantastic ????, I was kept up to date on the progress of my car, which was great. Minor glitch at the end though at pick up, the antenna was not put back on and the rubber roof strip was in the back seat, I found it when I was putting the car seat back in. Your staff put on the antennae and roof strip right away, once it was discovered. The car was clean, smelled great, I would definitely recommend Faulkner Collision!! I am very satisfied.
