No need for contact, the repair was done very well, it seems. The only issue was the length of time it took due to miscommunication involving obtaining a rear glass for the liftgate.

Did not have enough time to check the repairs carefully, but it looks like all the repairs were made and they seem to be satisfactory. The work accomplished looks to have been done correctly. The communications process was poor. I routinely received texts that my car was scheduled to be done at a certain time. At 945 the day it was supposed to be done, I received such a text message. At 1040 I called to verify it would be done by 5, but was told it would be another 4 days. The second time I called about it I was told again it would be another 3 days, over the weekend. On the day it was FINALLY done, I came to pick it up at 450, was told it would be ready at 5, and then waited another 30 minutes. The text message thing was s joke. Clearly, it was automated with no one actually checking on the progress of the car
