I could not have had a better experience with the Faulkner Collision center staff, my vehicle was professionally repaired, buffed out and cleaned. Ready for pick up as scheduled. One item that stands out is the communication they keep via email, as to the progress of the repairs. every few days i received an update without making a call.

We didn’t expect for our car to take a long time to be fixed. They let us know they had to make sure our car was test driven before making the choice to give it back to us. I was most impressed with my USAA Representative, Fran Donovan. He was very efficient in keeping me posted on the progress of repair on my Lexus vehicle. Also, he explained to me in detail, the extent of damage in a courteous & professional manner. He has a great personality in making
feel comfortable in his explanation of what had to be repaired on my auto.

A huge thank you to Jason who went above and beyond when I really needed to pick up my car before day's end on Friday, 2/22/19. My car was waiting in line to be detailed and he pulled it and did it personally ... and it was even vacuumed inside (and cemetery wreaths picked up had left lots of residue in the back). I've had my car repaired there in the past. Although I've had good and bad experiences, I always chose to come back because I trusted the work. Now I know I can also trust that Faulkner listens to their customers' concerns too.
I needed to take back vehicle for some buffing of the clear coat. The body work was well done.
