Honestly one of the best places I experienced exceptional customer service! I mean talk about friendly and courteous and very personable, all the way from front desk to the estimator (didn’t know was the manager until after). Had very open communication and clarity on all procedures. Even hand polished the our car! Thank you so much .

This is my second time with service king and the customer service is amazing! Brian helped us out and was honest and very helpful. He made sure we were satisfied and happy with our vehicle and made sure we got it as soon as possible. I definitely recommend and the quality of the work is excellent!

My son noticed scratches onthe hood of his car which weren't there when the tow truck picked it up. The gas tank was almost full when you received it and when my son picked up the car he noticed the tank was less than half a tank. Also why did you have to replaced the window because none of the Windows were broken during the accident.

Overall Vanessa Polanco made this a good experience, she was super helpful and quick to respond to messages. She also kept me up to date through the whole process. The only issue I encountered was at drop off, I had spoken to Vanessa previously but she happened to be out of the center that day and my tech was helped by someone by the name Julio, he was never rude, but was definitely not as helpful and I felt I was brushed off. I was the one handling things with the insurance my tech wasn't as clear as to what was going on because of this I called in to let Julio know that per the rental company i was given instructions to give to service king when calling for the shuttle pick up for my driver. Julio let me know that was something that they did not do, even though those were directions directly given from them and despite me explaining this to him. I then had to call and relay this to enterprise who luckily in turn took care of situation. Again overall a good experience, just was not happy with the lack of willingness to try and help.
