They took to long to fix my car. It was supposed to be ready in 2 weeks and took about 5 ****/2 weeks. Also they didn’t connect the cables from the bulbs ???? in the back lights I had stopped to buy a new bulbs because i went to back to the collisions shop and they just told me to get a new bulbs. They didn’t check anything I funded by my self the cables wasn’t connected.

Repairing my car took way long than expected communication was awful the text messages I received they told me weren't accurate. I was getting one story and my insurance company was getting another.

Because they sprayed some kind of stuff in the interior that has wreaked havoc with my sinuses. NOTHING should have been sprayed in the interior of my vehicle.

The vehicle was promised on the 21st and pushed out 2 days past that. We made arrangements for transportation up to the 21sr and were placed in a bind when the car wasn't ready as promised. We were then told we could pick up the car Friday and then Saturday to find out that the Geico representative wasn't available to release the car until Monday. We did get the car Saturday, but after we placed a call to Geico.

Tiffany and Johnnie are main reason I will tell everyone about the great customer service they provided to me from the time I stepped in the door on the first day I brought my vehicle to be repaired. I was very sad and depressed about my vehicle. They assured me I would be taken care of and that is exactly what they did.
