I was not because I wanted some work done, specifically a scratch. I said should I make a claim to get that fixed. I was told that it could be rubbed out and that he would take care of it. When I picked the car up, and the gentleman told me that they could not rub it out. - That maybe one of the detailers could to that. I was willing to pay to have it fixed. Now I have to come back in and get it in the shop. There was an advantage to fix it the time I brought in. I wanted it fixed. Not running to a detailer who might be able to fix it.
