When I picked up the car, there were scratches on the door that had just been repaired and the warning light was on, because the driver's side tail assembly had its cable disconnected.

Great quality work, good customer service and excellent turn around time. Areas of improvement: not always someone present in front desk and sometimes calls go to voicemail or hard to get a hold of establishment. Maybe have calls forwarded to a mobile work number where clients can get a hold of someone no matter where employees are at the shop. However, this didn’t take away from the great experience. Just something that could be assessed for improvement.

First repair was 1998 Mazda with bent frame that was owned and new! Insurance wasn’t going to pay enough to even get same car. Rex n Ken got it perfect, all other people recommended or personal family work has been excellent. This time was no different, something very few businesses of this type are able to replete for decades. First class operation.
