I really like the work that was done to my car. I do wish it would've been done in a more timely manner. I do understand that there was issues with parts being shipped to you that were damaged. Which was not your fault. I was very happy with the text updates about the progress of the work. It was very nice to be able to call the shop and talk with polite people who were always very helpful in answering all my questions.

Was very pleased with customer service and updates. Was upset with quality of work on my car. Hood didnt match up, touch up paint looked bad, missing clips to hold inner finder panel. Alignment appears to not be good either vibration and pulling to left. We choose Cuz because of all the good things we had heard.

Finished ahead of schedule, thanks.
Enterprise rental car was not clean and smelled of cigarette smoke. Long wait for service on return. The only agent in the shop was on the phone for an extended period.

I was very disappointed in the cleaning and vacuuming and washing my windows my insurance told me that my car would be cleaned when I picked it up the outside was cleaned but not the inside and also where the new paint was it looked brighter and cleaner but the rest of my vehicle looked very dingy
