Absolutely loved how you fixed my Jeep in a timely fashion. The text message updates were greatly appreciated, it eased my mind knowing I did not have to worry about calling in to check up on the status of my car. However, the customer service I received from the women melody (not completely sure what her name is) was ridiculously rude. The first time I met her she was so rude and I kindly reminder her that I was in an unfortunate unexpected car accident on the highway and her unnecessary attitude wasn’t called for. The second time I was unfortunately greeted by her horrible attitude was when I came to pick up my car. Granted my car was now brand new again but really she should learn to smile or at least pretend to like her job. I will definitely be writing a review on this place because I would recommend it to anyone but let them know that they may be treated rudely by the person in the office.

Thank you for a job well done as always. I plan on continuing with class A auto body onward into the future because of your excellent work.

The experience at Class A Auto Body was UNBELIEVABLE! I really didn’t expect to get the level of professionalism and courtesy that they showed me. I was updated with the time line of when my car was to be finished, all the information from the insurance company and with the process of my car. It’s hard to find a good repair shop in this area, Class A isn’t good they’re GREAT!
