I was somewhat disappointed when after waiting 2 ****/2 weeks for my appointment, I learned after one week the part had not yet arrived. (looks like I could have delayed appointment). Then, the part that arrived was lacking several pieces so I had to take the old part back to the shop. Despite these problems, I was pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. Moreover, the overall cost turned out to be less than originally estimated.
