I know you got check for one hundred thiry dollars from Liberty but not what it was for. I doubt I will choose a "Specialty Shop" based on Liberty Mutual recommendation and a false impression of your expertise with a 2003 Jaguar S. Next time I will choose Alpine, their attitude and expertise is professional, not bullox.

While my car was repaired to my satisfaction, the overall experience of dealing with this shop was very frustrating for me. Fortunately I was not paying for my rental car, but if I had been paying, I would have been very disappointed to have to pay for 3 additional days because my car was not ready when promised. The original promise date was Thursday, 10/26. They called me to let me know that it would not be ready until Friday, 10/27. After speaking with the shop two times on Friday, I was assured it would be ready right around 5:30. I did not arrive at the shop until 5:45, only to learn that my car was still not ready. Therefore, I had to hold onto the rental for the entire weekend and I was inconvenienced by driving out to the shop when it was not ready. On Monday, it was again not ready until close to 5 which is again not what I was originally told. Additionally, I recently opened my trunk to find garbage left behind by the repair men and leaves all in my trunk that were not there before. I would not recommend this business or go there again myself.
Everyone was very friendly and made the experience of an accident less horrible.
I noticed a pretty large chip in the paint of an area that was repaired and will bring it back in tomorrow morning.
Body works guys messed the driver side and passenger side mats up. After they did, they placed floor paper to cover the mess...not good
The car was not balanced, therefore steering it is difficult

Kept me up to speed on the status of my car repair. We're friendly and thorough. Having a Hertz contact on property also makes the rental car process easy and less stressful.

Everything was done in a timely manor. I was kept informed via email and phone calls. If I were to give a small bit of feedback it would probably be to provide pictures of progress. For example before-and-after pictures via email or text. Though it may not be needed, it may put some people at ease.
