The $90,000 vehicle was returned to me filthy dirty outside with foot prints all over the drivers side floor board runner and the frickin deer hair is stuck between my tire and rim and the vehicle needs an alignment and all that should have taken care of by you guys because we paid you over $15,000 to do the work so I shouldn’t have to go pay for the wash and getting the deer hair from the accident and alignment when you guys were supposed to take care of all that happened from the accident!

I had to bring my car back in because the repairs were unfortunately done incorrectly and poorly:
My roof weather stripping has been installed backwards.
My passenger side mirror has been installed at an incorrect angle and lower on the door than it should be.
The passenger door lock does not work with my key.
Albe was on the ****. Responding quickly with updated information. My car was ready in record time
They were very kind and helpful. They helped with warranty issues also. They fixed some overspray issue from the previous repair done in September. They also repaired the misaligned rear bumper.

Mike was wonderful at keeping me updated on the progress of my car. Both times I stopped by the shop, everyone was friendly and they didn’t take up too much of my time. When I picked up my car,not only did it look great, they even vacuumed it.
Mike and his team stayed late to get my car cleaned so I could pick it up that day. I am so appreciative of their service!

I called today about 2 hours after I picked up my car. I can’t open my trunk by pressing the button as I always had done before. The car is going back to the Service King tomorrow.
