The body shop manager and Secretary have horrible customer service. The paint touch up on my car was amazing. Looks brand New again! Sean waived my deductible so ultimately I was satisfied. The body shop manager and secretary just need to learn how to have better customer service and answer the phone when people call.
Communication could have been better
I had to call to find out the status of my vehicle. I was not informed of anything as far as the progress of the work that was being done. I actually had to call at least 3 times. I would never use Southgate Lincoln to fix any of my cars again.

Parts were not available for my car. It took 10 WEEKS to repair my car. Seemed odd that a Ford dealer did not have Ford parts available. A very long time to rent a car!!
