Car was very nice and clean when I picked it up.
It took a long time to repair the vehicle, and the vehicle had a strong odor inside after the repairs.
Paul was excellent to real with.
the work on my car was great, however the follow up was terrible. I was repeatedly told that my cat would be done on a certain date and time. I was even emailed that they would notify me if the date and time changed or if anything else was wrong with my car. Never received any such email or call. I left work early to just be turned away and told my car was not ready and other things were being fixed (without even being told what else was wrong). They then told me that they would email me a invoice of everything they were working on, I never received this. THE next day I called to see if my car was ready (before I wasted my time and left work early again) and they said no, they would call me when it was ready. close to closing time they still had not called, so I called and they said Oh yes your car will be ready to pick up. Then went to pick up my car. I asked for a receipt that included a receipt, they front desk girl told me the computers were down so she would mail it to me. As I was walking out the guy who fixed my car gave me an explanation of what was wrong and immediately said he would print me an invoice with everything included. To sum up, the technicians and people who worked on my car were great...person that was supposed to follow up and front desk girl were beyond awful.
