My car isn’t done yet. I have an auto text message that said it was moved from Friday to Monday. The next text I received said thanks for picking up the vehicle.
Now I’m getting a customer survey. I am a business owner and if I ran my customer service like this I would be out of business. I realize my vehicle isn’t ready yet and it’s just part of the typical lack luster standard American manuf. dealership experience we have all grown accustomed to. Precisely why my next vehicle will most likely be an Audi, Mercedes, Lexus, bmw etc. I was highly considering making my next lease or purchasing now a Yukon Denali XL. I just don’t know if I want to spend $80k on a vehicle and get sub par customer service. Let me be clear. This is more than one persons “fault”. Sadly it starts at the top with the I don’t care attitude. Someone might think this response was extreme but it’s the little things that make or break you. I haven’t even inspected the vehicle yet. I’ll be honestly surprised if I don’t find something wrong with it from my past dealership body shop experiences.

Fantastic work. Everybody was friendly thorough they even vacuumed out the my truck for me. I want inside talk to the sales staff they were awesome. You kept me updated with text messages throughout the entire time of my repair. And because of this I am going to lease my next two cars through you guys.
