Incredible job! We were very pleased with the service, speed of the repair, communication via email and phone, and the finished product. The car was so clean and in great shape when we picked it up. And we really appreciated having the repairs explained in person. One of the best experiences we have ever had with any car repair issue, and we could not recommend the team more highly. gave the impression car would be fixed on the 26th of january. had gotten 3 e-mails saying it should be ready for pick-up at 4pm on the 26th. i called enterprise rent a car on the 25th to tell them i'd be returning the rental & would need a ride to New Design Auto Body on the 26th. when i didn't hear from NDAB I called them at ****:30 pm on the 26th & was told they were painting it. they told me to call back the following monday. i called mon. they said they were painting it. call back tuesday - i did was told they still had wheel alignment to do. call back weds i did was finishing wheel alignment & would be final inspection ready by 5 pm, they called me 4:55 pm drivers window didn't work. they called me on thurs at 2 pm car was ready. I shouldn't have had to call everyday to hear why it wasn't ready. rescheduled two drs appointments. finally lost my patience. Roy Griest

First you all sent me a survey when I haven’t even received my vehicle yet. I haven’t been kept abreast of the status of my vehicle. The completion date has changed several times but I had to call New Design to find out this information. During my last contact ****/30/18 I was informed that my car would be ready ****/31; however my car is not ready and no one from New Design contacted me today to inform me that my vehicle repair would not be completed today. I’m paying additional money for insurance for my rental car because my vehicle repair was not completed on original completion date and again it is still not complete. When will my vehicle repair be complete?

I really satisfied with my car. At the end of the day when I was there, one of your coworker explained me every thing about it so the bumper you did is better than the original one. I mean you put supporter (barrier) that is the best thing. I got my inside car cleaned .I really appreciate all of you . you are just like your name!!!!!

This company has always taken care of me from the very first day I was introduced to them. Anytime I have a repair done on my car from NEW DESIGN AUTO BODY, INC.
