Overall excellent service, I especially enjoyed the updates sent through text/website that were overall accurate on timing. I also really appreciated they worked hard to make sure everything was completed and I could pick up my car in time towards end of my day. Would definitely trust and use again.

Since I have received my car, there is a lot more noise when I drive on the highway, also their are spaces where water gets inside of the door panel.

I the work was great but I did notice a rubber swap near my light pretending out and was actually going to reach out about it. My only complaint was very minor, they didn’t put my trunk netting back in place. When I finally opened my truck, it was stuff everywhere. Other than that the color match was spot on and the repairs look great. I just need to get the rubber seal fixed and my car will be back to its original look.

Cubbage was responsible for damage to my remote key, did not receive any replacement on key and had to fix on my own. Was not reimbursed for time and gas lost.

Customer service (making sure when the vehicle is picked up there is the protocol of a walk through of what and how it was repaired)..returning the car clean ....and with the same amount of gas that it had when it was brought in.
