I picked up my car today and had a huge scratch down the side. I called and they requested I drive back so the manager can look. I am very upset about this as my car did not have any scratches down the side when I dropped it off. I will now have to return and spend more time leaving my car there

I was very impressed with how readily the guys were to help me retrieve some items out of the trunk a couple of days after I had dropped the car off. They could have left me to do it on my own, but they went out in the rain to load them for me.
