My experience went really well, my car was done faster than what I expected. Lovell and John were very nice and informative about the repair process. Also really loved how you guys will send me text messages informing about when my car would be done!

The rear driver's side door will not stay closed. There is a safety issue when turning a corner and the door flies open. I know it's insurance that is denying coverage, but the question is how did the overall experience go. This is part of that experience, so I have to say I'm not completely satisfied. Cabbage is doing their best to remedy the situation, so it looks like it's time to switch insurance companies.

My front body A pillar molding (driver side) came off while I was driving a day after I picked my car up from you guys. This part was supposed to be fixed because the clip on the inside of the molding was broken and it looked like it was just ground down so that it would fit flush but that didn’t work. I would love to this issue rectified as soon as possible. Other than this issue I’m happy with the restoration work after the hail damage.
