I was not notified when additional work was needed. I had to call and get explanations as to wrong part was ordered and also needed a new headlight. My deductible didn’t change but I do want to know the work that is being performed as well as reason for delay in getting my van back. Also, someone rummaged through my personal belongings in the van as papers from glove compartment and center console were thrown about. In terms of the work on the van itself, I am pleased with how it looks.
