There is one pending matter which really has to do with the failure of the car part supplier not delivering an adequate car part, for my 2015 Buick so BMW Collision dept. can do thier job. Otherwise the service at BMW seemed to be great! As BMW ALSO AGREED TO ALLOW ME TO COME IN AND GET THE CAR PART PUT ON MY CAR IMMEDIATELY, ONCE THE PART IS DELIVERED, so I was able to still pick up my car, in the meanwhile. However I ended up missing an appointment for an oil change for my car. The only appointment is next Friday 28’th at the Hudson Dealership.

This is my 4th BMW and I always use Hudson Valley BMW for service/collision. Always excellent service.
The vehicle was Mr Hartmann’s demo when new( owner of Nissan) we leased it and then bought it and have had everything serviced as required. I have NO fluid drops on my driveway from any of our 4 vehicles. As this pathfinder was almost done getting a rear bumper repair we were informed of a “rack” leak. The bill shows extra charges for disposal of something. We came to pickup after hours and nearly broke our arms trying to turn the wheel. There is no power at all for power steering. We do need to be contacted ASAP in the morning
So far everything is great! They’ve done very well and they take good care of my vehicle!
I would not bring my car anywhere else. Their workmanship and customer service are beyond excellent. Very happy!!!!!
My car is being returned for repair after 2 ****/2 weeks of being there! I hope they make things right this time. The staff I dealt with was kind... was just hoping after this length of time my car would have been returned in top notch condition.
