Vehicle was not detailed like requested. Backup cameras dont work. I would have thought they would have checked that once they had it installed & before calling me to pick it up. It now shakes terribly when going 60 or more.

I have had two incidents in the past year and I have no complaints at all. In fact the young lady who handled my paperwork this last time was very nice and when I told her I would not be able to pick up my auto on the ready date due to my son's upcoming surgery she remembered that and asked about the out come and was concerned. I thought that was very nice. I picked up my vehicle on Monday 3/23. A 2011 Toyota RAV4 at about 11:30 AM.

The receptionist was friendly and gave time to the person even when her phone rang alot. I am happy with auto body work. A part to outside adjustment button and I was re-assured it will be replaced. The rental car I was loaned was very nice also. My 500 should be reimbursed but that's not Illcrest fault.

What a great experience I recently had at Carstar. Thanks for making it so easy. Dropped off my car on Tuesday morning and picked up a rental from Enterprise. I didn't catch the name of the woman who runs the front desk but she is awesome. She has total control of that area and from what I saw that takes someone special. Give that girl a raise. Rob was very efficient while assessing the damage. I was quickly assigned a rental car by a very nice woman from Enterprise and I was off. Probably a total of thirty minutes. That day I received an email and a call that the car would be done the next day. Picked up a sparkling clean car and the work done was top notch. I was able to leave the rental vehicle at the office which is nice. Once again the woman at the front desk was great and hooked me up with a nice folder with all the information I would want. I was in and out quickly. Thanks again for a pleasant experience.

Thank you for such excellent service. Total on-site "office time" was probably less than half-an-hour total and friendly. The work was done quicker than I thought, and communication about the status of the work was very good. Finally, the work done on the car was beautiful. Nice job!

My Dodge Ram looks good as new. The spiffy cleaning in and out was an extra bonus. Your effort was noted and appreciated. The customer service gal at the front desk is professional and presents the company in a very good light. I wasn't happy with the additional delays. Maybe adding a day or two onto the initial anticipated repair date, and then being able to tell the customer, " Hey it's done early!", would make the customer happier. I kept getting messages of delays. Then I was told ANOTHER week after already waiting a week...I wasn't happy. I made a phone call to Geico about another problem (not the delay), but the delay was mentioned. The next day I am notified that the truck is ready. Hmm. The "week" became much shorter. However, I'm going to consider it a coincidence because Hillcrest has never disappointed us in their quality of repair. I could have taken my vehicle to a Geico shop in Ithaca which is only 20 minutes from home, but my husband has had the opportunities to previously use Hillcrest and be very satisfied. We were NOT disappointed this time either. Good job well done! Sharon C

Rim is still scratched and should have been fixed. The inner fender is missing fastners! Quick in time, but not done correctly.
