I had brought my vehicle two carstar at the request of a car wash who had damaged my vehicle. Initially I felt comfortable with the decision to go and let them buff it because Allstate my insurance company has a relationship with them. I was treated courteously and timely. However when I pick my vehicle up from the buffing job which was part of the repair request the paint job had burnt through the clear coat and there were additional chips and the paint job and buffing compound was all over the black parts of my truck which was essentially not even 6 months old. The vehicle was not washed and therefore I could not tell it happened when I left but when it was hand-washed at home all these things were transparent. When I called Jim who had been speaking with he said well yeah but we need some other repairs needed to be done I knew that it wasn't going to that I saw the buffing compound and that it wasn't perfect but he certainly didn't bring it to my attention. It is my belief that Jim thought I was bringing the vehicle back there for the rest of the repairs that had to be done which the car wash did not agree to pay for it anyway. I offered to bring the vehicle in for him to see what I was talking about so that he could use it as a training opportunity for whoever screwed up my vehicle and he said no no that's okay I know what you're talking about. So not only did I feel as though I have been poo pooed and the whole situation regarding my concerns I was very disheartened that they didn't care that they did additional damage. So now you have my comment you have my experience and I will not be going to any carstar again despite the fact that the manager that I spoke to Ted Washburn was very polite but I certainly don't feel satisfied nor confident and recommending carstar at all.

The work was done well and quickly. My only issue was with the rental car and I addressed that with Enterprise
