Let me be clear, the service was excellent!!! The only problem is, the receptionist NEEDS to be asking for ID when excepting credit cards. I give her my daughters credit card and she asks no questions, she didn’t even look at the card.That’s BAD!!!! Just to be clear my daughter was there, but I was the one that gave the receptionist the card. It could have been a stolen card. Last thing Jeffrey Shepard was awesome!!!!!!! ????????????????????????????????????

When repair was delayed, no one cared to call me to give update. I had to call every extended day for knowing status. When I picked up my car, it was not cleaned properly. There is dirt and traces of paint all over.

One of the worst service center i have ever seen. No one will respect you and they just treat you as if they are doing favor to you. But they dont understand that customer is first and they are the business. Till delivery or during delivery no one updates the customer what happened ro the car and what the hell they serviced. Nothing and all i can see the dead faces in the center. Corporate owned center and no better than anything. Only the receptionist is peacefuI and she is at least smiling. I would definitly avaoid next time and make sure none of my friend and known people go there for any kind of service.

Process took way to long for the damage identified. Lack of communication during the process left a lot to be desired. Repairs appear to be first class.
