Everyone was great to deal with, it was very personal. They knew my name, who I was and what car I drove. It was an experience that was very fluid and I felt more than just a “customer”. It was an amazing experience and everyone was nice and offered fantastic customer service. Highly rated overall experience and while I was probably more a “needy” customer they didn’t make it seem as so. It was a extremely fluid and great overall experience from beginning to end. Everyone made me feel like I was a family friend other than a ”customer” . Thanks for everything and making me feel so welcome. While I hope to not have to have the need to repair my vehicle, if so.. I certainly won’t be going anywhere else. Thank you Daniel, Andrew, Carlos, and Rosa. Thanks for making me feel like more than just a “customer”, it’s an experience that sets them apart from the rest. They get the job done right, offer great customer service, ensure you’re satisfied and make you feel like family instead of just a “number “ or “customer”. Dealing with being in a car accident, it’s affects, and subsequently the insurance company, is very stressful and at times very frustrating. The whole process can be unsettling and at times misleading when speaking to so many different agents. Thankfully, Rosa and Andrew knew what they were doing and handled the situation professionally and efficiently. BMW has a standard of doing business that sets them apart from their competitors and I am glad I had them in my corner during this process — it’s a perk that comes with being a part of the BMW family. While I hope I don’t have to bring my car back to Pacific BMW Collison Center, I will remember the service I received and recommend them to anyone I meet that might be in a similar unfortunate situation as I was with my car accident.
